The entire process of selling, picking, packing, shipping, supporting, and even returning an order is what you're paying us for. Most of our competitors don't share this belief, so we've decided to show you who we are, and how we treat your order.       With over 40,000 unique products in stock every day, picking your order is the first step to ensuring accuracy. While many companies don't see the value of making certain that this step is done right, we go the extra mile. Our staff of 'pickers' consist of a core group of previously retired team members who understand the importance of working hard and satisfying the customer. Our pickers know that a simple mistake at this point in the process can result in an unsatisfied customer later down the line.

     When we pack your order we consider a variety of factors. First: are the items that have been picked correct according to the invoice? Second: has the shipping method you've selected been verified? Third: what packaging will protect your items the best? And lastly; is your name, address, and invoice clearly marked on the outside of the package? It's also at this point that those of you who selected the Free Stuffbak label will have this inserted by the packer. Be sure to choose this option in the checkout.

    To get you your package quickly, it's important that when it is labeled we subject the address you have provided to our Address Verification Service.      This is a database maintained by UPS, FedEx, DHL, and the United Postal Service. This ensures that there are no accidental typo's (either by you or by us). 

    On the rare occasion a problem arises, you'll be contacted immediately by a Customer Service representative and asked for clarification. We want to ship your order out as fast and accurately as possible.
