If you're like us, you've been frustrated by online companies that take your order but then wait a day or even two before they actually ship your order. What good is asking us as the customer what method of shipping we want, if you don't plan to send us our product right away?

Well, we got so tired of this technique ourselves, that we decided it was time to not only toot our own horns about how fast we ship, but also it's time for us to make promises about shipping you can count on.

So here goes. If you place an order Monday through Friday from Midnight to 8pm EST, we guarantee we'll pack and ship your order the same day. If you place your order from Midnight to 3pm EST on Saturday, it will also ship the same day. And how about this; if you place an order on a Sunday, from Midnight to Noon EST, we'll also pack and ship your order that day too.

There are a few things you should know though. After a certain time of day, your order will be packed and labeled, but the Post Office might be closed, so your order will get into the mailstream at 7am the next day. However, your order will be packed, be labeled (with postage) and you will receive an email with the Delivery confirmation. All within the hours above. If your order is not in stock, or we somehow miss the deadline, then shipping is FREE.
