All orders are shipped F.O.B. from our New York warehouses. Orders
are normally processed and shipped within two business days after
the receipt of your order, as long as your item is in stock. Please
call if there is any question about delivery time or item availability.
S&H
charges for all orders are as follows:
Standard
- US Postal Service 1st Class Mail to all 50 states and APO/FPO
addresses. Usually takes from 5 to 7 days for delivery within 48
states. Some areas may take longer.
Priority - US Postal Service Priority Mail to all
50 states. Usually takes 2 to 3 days for delivery within 48 states.
Some areas may take longer. (Note: The USPS does not guarantee delivery
of 2-3 day Priority Mail nor is this a trackable service.)
UPS 2nd Day Air (48 States USA only) - service
available in USA only and is calculated based on published UPS rates
for item weight and distance, plus a handling charge.
UPS Overnight (48 States USA only) - service available
in USA only and is calculated based on published UPS rates for item
weight and distance, plus a handling charge. Please note that same-day
shipping via overnight service is only available on orders submitted
by 10 AM EST on normal business days. Please call if you have special
shipping requirements. Weekend and overnight delivery services are
not available.
Canada - US Postal Service Global Priority Mail.
International - US Postal Service Global Priority
Mail to serviced countries only. Countries outside of GPM service
are shipped via US Postal Service Air Mail. All customs charges,
VAT /tax, and duty is the responsibility of receiving customer.

card imprint, be faxed to us for all
orders to countries outside of GPM serviced areas. Please contact

must provide contact information (like name and shipping address)

guarantee. If for any reason, during the first 30 days after receipt,

Your RMA number is your invoice number and should be included on
your package and all correspondence. Items returned without original
packaging will incur a 15% re-stocking fee. We can not be responsible
for any products lost or damaged in transit to us, or for returns
