Policy
For a refund (less S&H), or exchange, please
return your purchase in its original package and securely wrapped

Please include a copy of your invoice.
Your RMA number is your invoice number and should be included on
your package and all correspondence. Items returned without original
packaging will incur a 15% re-stocking fee. We can not be responsible
for any products lost or damaged in transit to us, or for returns
received without required information.

Pocket
Solution’s 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We are happy to extend to our customers a
Satisfaction Guarantee. However, in order to keep the potential for
abuse to a minimum (and help us keep costs down for everyone), this
guarantee is limited to 30 days. If it works/fits/performs correctly
for that long, you should know whether you want it or not. We
reserve the right to deny a return if we believe that we are just
being blatantly being taken advantage of. Sorry to say it, but it
happens more than you might think. Just write us a quick note
explaining the situation, and we're more than happy to accept your
product back. Returns can be sent to our mailing address. Please
refrain from sending certified parcels, as the post office requires
us to send someone to retrieve them. Our return address is listed
above. In order to ensure quick processing of your returns and
exchanges, please clearly mark the outside of the box with RMA#(your
order number here). This will ensure that you receive the proper
attention you deserve.

Shipping
Policies
We use the US Post Office for the majority of our orders. It has
been our experience that dollar for dollar and pound for pound the
US Postal Service is the most reliable, and least expensive. In many
cases UPS and Fedex have a 1 pound minimum weight requirement. This
means if you buy a screen protector for your PDA which weighs only 2
ounces, you're shipping will be automatically $7.00. With 1st Class
Mail, we're able to halve that. Not bad for an item which only costs
$12.00. Even our Priority Service is competitive with UPS and Fedex
expedited services. This is a great bonus for you the customer,
since Priority Mail is 3 Day delivery and roughly the cost of Ground
Service from the other carriers.
Since we are based on the East Coast, the best time to get your
order placed is before 2pm EST if you want it to go out the same
day. We do frequent Postal runs, but even though an order placed
after 2pm may get packed on the same day, generally it will only
leave here on the following morning.
At the customers request we will ship by other methods than the Post
Office. Please contact us for more details.
Canada - US Postal Service AirMail Letter Post.
International - US Postal Service AirMail to
serviced countries only. All customs charges,
VAT /tax, and duty is the responsibility of receiving customer.
We may require that a legibly signed order form, including the credit
card imprint, be faxed to us for all
orders to countries outside of our serviced areas. Please contact
us for details or questions on orders for international shipment.

Privacy
Policy
Pocket Solutions, Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected
on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information
to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.
Pocket Solutions, Inc. collects information from our users at several
different points on our website.

Security
This website takes every precaution to protect our users information.
When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information
is protected both online and off-line.
When
our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information
(i.e. credit card number), that information is encrypted and is
protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL.
While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on
the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft
Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open,

While
we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we
also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line.
All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information
mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who
need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our
billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted
access to personally identifiable information. Our employees must
use password-protected screen-savers when they leave their desk.
When they return, they must re-enter their password to re-gain access
to your information. Furthermore, ALL employees are kept up-to-date
on our security and privacy practices. Every quarter, as well as
any time new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or
reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they
can do to ensure our customers' information is protected. Finally,
the servers that we store personally identifiable information on
are kept in a secure environment, behind a locked cage.
