It never ceases to amaze us where people decide to try and save money. None of us can afford to be frivolous, but chances are that you're looking at this product because you need a charger for your expensive electronic device. |

Let's analyze that statement for a moment. Expensive. Electronic. These are words that can strike fear into the heart of the average buyer who can't afford to make a mistake.
You've seen those other websites where you can buy a charger for a price so cheap you have to wonder what the catch is. Well, there is one. Go ahead, buy a charger that says it's compatible with a laundry list of other devices. You know what we mean, "Also works with 'Device A through Z' and so on..." Do you really think those chargers were made for your device? We don't.

I don't know about you, but I run the other way when I see these discount chargers. Do you really believe these companies test this junk? Or is it more likely they're told this stuff works by the manufacturer overseas who has probably never even seen all those devices in one place?

We had a customer once who bought an inexpensive charger from one of our competitors. The young lady received her product, but it did not work. She contacted the website owner who told her they would send a replacement right away.
When she received it, it looked nothing like the first charger. It did however fit into her device, so she plugged it in, the charging light came on, and she went about her business. |

Thankfully, she's still around to tell the tale. Take a good look at these images. We think the company she bought the charger from was using her as a guinea pig.
Things like this don't happen often. We get that. But why would anyone take the risk to save a dollar or two on a product which is already reasonably priced, and comes from a real company who knows their stuff? We've been selling these accessories for 6 years and we sell quality, tested products. Yeah we're more expensive than the other guy. But quality costs money, and we make no excuses about it. |
