Product Returns

ATTENTION: If you have a question regarding your order/product, or feel there is a problem with your order/product as a result of an error, please use our General inquiry tab above.

If you simply wish to return your product(s), read the following carefully to see if you qualify for a return, agree to the terms, and then complete the Return form.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ITEM(S) MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECORDED DELIVERY DATE.

WE CHARGE A 10% RESTOCKING FEE.

YOU MUST OBTAIN A VALID RMA# FROM OUR RETURNS DEPARTMENT. PACKAGES SENT WITHOUT A VALID RMA# WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF SHIPMENT WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO YOU.

A COPY OF YOUR ORIGINAL INVOICE MUST BE INCLUDED WITH YOUR RETURN.

WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS IF THE PACKAGING IS/WAS OPENED:BLUETOOTH HEADSET, BLUETOOTH KEYBOARD, BLUETOOTH MOUSE, MEMORY CARD, AND EARBUD EARPHONE, SCREEN PROTECTORS, OR BODYGUARDZ.

IF YOU ARE EXCHANGING AN ITEM THAT HAS A WARRANTY, PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT BEFORE YOU REQUEST A RETURN.

RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED WITH CARE AND RECEIVED IN 'UNUSED' CONDITION / THAT MEANS NEW. (NO STAINS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND), WITH ALL ORIGINAL PARTS OF THE PRODUCT ENCLOSED (INCLUDING ITEMS' PACKAGING & MANUALS).

DO NOT WRITE ON, TAPE, CUT OR ALTER THE PRODUCTS, THEIR PACKAGING, PARTS, OR MANUALS.

WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING COST IN EITHER DIRECTION.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DESTROYED PACKAGES AND SUGGEST YOU SHIP RETURNS BACK TO US WITH TRACKING AND INSURANCE.

PLEASE ALLOW UP TO THREE WEEKS FOR REFUNDS TO BE PROCESSED.
